Duty Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Technicians to monitor data center E&M operations during required shift duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the plant, equipment, facilities and related systems
- Response to equipment/system performance to meet tenant’s Service Level Agreement
- Coordinate with Operations Center to response tenant’s enquiries during incident and update status
- Supervise technical team and contractors to carry out routine maintenance or emergency repair to restore tenant’s Service Level Agreement
- Prepare operation report, emergency incident report and liaise with tenants on condition and performance of E&M installation
- Shift Duty is required
Requirements:
- Higher diploma in electrical or building services engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' solid experiences with critical plant duty which includes maintenance and repair
- Familiar with UPS, Generator, Chiller, Air-Conditioning Unit and LV Switch Boards
- Knowledge of different fire services systems and BMS will be an advantage
- Strong leadership with good problem-solving skills
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet strict timeline
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Holder of Electrical Worker License Grade B or above is highly preferred
