Duty Engineer

Responsibilities:

Supervise Technicians to monitor data center E&M operations during required shift duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the plant, equipment, facilities and related systems
Response to equipment/system performance to meet tenant’s Service Level Agreement
Coordinate with Operations Center to response tenant’s enquiries during incident and update status
Supervise technical team and contractors to carry out routine maintenance or emergency repair to restore tenant’s Service Level Agreement
Prepare operation report, emergency incident report and liaise with tenants on condition and performance of E&M installation
Shift Duty is required

Requirements:

Higher diploma in electrical or building services engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years' solid experiences with critical plant duty which includes maintenance and repair
Familiar with UPS, Generator, Chiller, Air-Conditioning Unit and LV Switch Boards
Knowledge of different fire services systems and BMS will be an advantage
Strong leadership with good problem-solving skills
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet strict timeline
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Holder of Electrical Worker License Grade B or above is highly preferred
