Assistant Security Manager
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Security Manager to oversee and monitor daily operation of designated Data Centre(s)
• Oversee the execution of access control / key systems / visitor and contractor registration as well as all other security related systems are in accordance with the company policies, procedures, standards as well as applicable laws
• Liaise with tenants and handle tenants' enquiries and complaints
• Prepare routine daily and incident reports
• Responsible for building management related matters and emergency incidents and keep Security / Senior Manager informed when necessary
• Prepare appraisal for front-line team members
Requirements:
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit & QAS certificate, first aid certificate is an advantage
• Matriculated or above with background in disciplinary work force is preferred
• Minimum 5 years or above working experience in security / customer service industry, in which 3 years' at managerial level
• Able to work independently, strong leadership, well-disciplined and good communication skills
• Good PC skills, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Good command of Chinese and English
