Graduate Engineer
We offer a 2-year training program under The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) accredited Scheme "A" Training. The program consists of the following elements for your engineering professional exposure.
On-the-job training
We will offer a rotation path for your 2-year training. Including Facility Management, Project Management, and Secondment (Engineering design)
Technical & soft skill training
To gain technical, commercial, and leadership skills by involving different types of projects and case studies.
Mentorship
Learn from the role model of Engineering Supervisor and Training Tutor
Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
- Preventative maintenance of check on-site to non-critical, facility components but no limited-on repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Assists supervisor in critical facility repairs, improvement works, corrective maintenance, etc
- Monitor the progress of all contracted-out projects and tenants’ fit-out works
- Assist in testing and commissioning of tenants’ fit-out works and handover of premises to new tenants
- Vendor condonation with working schedule and requirements
- Incident management
Project Management:
- Daily coordination among all construction trades and building services installations
- Resolve all immediate site coordination and design problems
- Attend E&M site progress and coordination meeting
- Follow up with authorities’ inspection and defects rectification
Design:
- Involve design meeting for code of practice, specifications, and standard of building services design, including AutoCAD and BIM
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Accredited by the HKIE scheme under Building Service Engineering / Electrical Engineering Disciplines
- Candidate who is keen to join a Scheme A program for Chartership goal
