Data Center Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the service desk, assigning tasks, and ensuring that team members effectively handle service requests, incidents handling, and inquiries.
  • Supervise IOC Service Desk Team to provide services to monitor, operate and administrate Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Center services, Cabling services, Network services and Incident Management.
  • Provide technical support services to customers including fault reporting, troubleshooting, incident and problem management, smart-hand services, and site administration.
  • Liaison between the service desk and other teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration in resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests, and implementing changes. Also engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Management, or IT related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years' working experience with sound knowledge in Data Centre, IT & IOC is preferred
  • Knowledge in IOS27001, ISO20000, ITIL
  • Embraces cross teamwork, result-oriented with strategic supervisory skills
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills with critical thininkg
