Senior Sales Manager, China

Responsibilities:

  • Be a hunter role to drive new business from new customers
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities from the market of different segments to drive new revenue from new customers
  • Formulate sales strategies to enrich sales pipelines, enhance competitive edges, and boost up sales performance and profitability
  • Build effective relationships with senior executives, key decision makers, influencers, and technical experts across the customer organization.
  • Develop clear understanding of customer environments and business drive to formulate winning sales strategies
  • Facilitate customer contract negotiation
  • Identify competitors’ activities within the market and recommend competitive tactics and strategies to maximize the winning chances
  • Manage assigned major existing accounts to optimize the business opportunities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with business partners to sustain and enlarge ongoing business growth
  • Occasional travel is required

 

 

Requirements:

  • Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology related disciplines
  • Sound knowledge with sales experience in data centre, IT or telecom services is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with good track records in solutions selling to China market
  • Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Aggressive, result-oriented with business acumen
  • Embraces cross teamwork
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
