Senior Sales Manager, China
Responsibilities:
- Be a hunter role to drive new business from new customers
- Proactively identify sales opportunities from the market of different segments to drive new revenue from new customers
- Formulate sales strategies to enrich sales pipelines, enhance competitive edges, and boost up sales performance and profitability
- Build effective relationships with senior executives, key decision makers, influencers, and technical experts across the customer organization.
- Develop clear understanding of customer environments and business drive to formulate winning sales strategies
- Facilitate customer contract negotiation
- Identify competitors’ activities within the market and recommend competitive tactics and strategies to maximize the winning chances
- Manage assigned major existing accounts to optimize the business opportunities
- Build and strengthen relationships with business partners to sustain and enlarge ongoing business growth
- Occasional travel is required
Requirements:
- Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology related disciplines
- Sound knowledge with sales experience in data centre, IT or telecom services is preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with good track records in solutions selling to China market
- Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Aggressive, result-oriented with business acumen
- Embraces cross teamwork
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
