Facility Manager

Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and assign work orders to Facility Management team to carry out daily operation, routine repair and maintenance work
·         Provide technical guidance for E&M improvement works
·         Schedule and implement planned maintenance work as assigned with contractors and customers
·         Monitor the progress of all contracted-out projects and tenants’ fit-out works
·         Prepare approval formation to top management for the procurement of any goods/services
·         Assist in testing and commissioning of tenants’ fit-out works and handover of premises to new tenants
·         Maintain ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 QEMS System for data centre operation

Requirements:

·         Degree holder in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
·         Minimum 5 years’ solid experiences in Building Electrical and/or MVAC Operations and Maintenance
·         Experiences in change / incident management
·         Familiar with UPS, Generator, Chiller, Air-Conditioning Unit, LV switchboards and CRACs
·         Holder of Electrical Worker License Grade B or above is highly preferred
·         Data center operations experiences will be an advantage
