Senior Sales Operations Specialist 

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution 
  • Manage service quality to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records and document customer action and discussions 
  • Exercise proactive service management to meet and exceed committed service levls, consistently and effectively
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate customer facing monthly reports
  • Review and track cusotmer incidents and support existing customers' business requirements
  • Contract and Order Management
  • Support other business projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned, if necessary, from time to time

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related disciplines
  • Relevant customer service or technicial support experience in Information Technology or Tecommunications industry or from Data Centres
  • Passion to make a difference, result-oriented with good buisiness acumen, analytical skills
  • Proven ability to get things done through cross-functional units and establishing cross-functional relationships
  • Good Interpersonal Skill, Negotiation, Analysis and Project Management Skill
  • Position, confident, presentable and with an ability to listen and articulate
  • Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advice customers clearly nad to liaise effectively with other professionals
  • Advanced troubleshooting, mutli-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Independent, attention to details and self-movitated
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Operations Specialist
