Consultant - Product Development

Responsibilities:

• To work with sales and engineers to deliver customer’s network infrastructure solutions, including connectivity to CSPs, IXPs and ISP networks in Data Center setting
• To provide technical advice and support for customers on their network restructure and upgrades
• To lead and manage various product enhancement projects by working closely with external partners (e.g. Telco/ ISP/ Cloud/ Solution Integrators) and internal network engineers

Requirements:

• Degree or Master Degree holder in IT / Engineering field
• Lead cross-function teams to deliver network upgrade projects for customers. Hands-on experience in network service provisioning and post-sales support
• Experience setting up connectivity working with IX/ CSPs/ System vendors are preferred
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English. CCNP/CCIE is preferable
• Familiar w/ Juniper and Ciena networking equipment is highly preferred
• At least 7 years working experience in network planning and execution role on service / product by Telecom/ISP, OTT/ Cloud, System Integrator or equipment vendors.
• Demonstrated strong technical professional and work independently. Out-spoken personality, initiative, self-motivated and detail-oriented
