Strategy Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Follow-up and liaise with relevant parties in quotation process
• Prepare various reports as requested
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks
• Work with difference teams (e.g. finance team) to gather inputs for making commercial decision
• Check historical contracts to understand key commercial terms for renewal cases
• Provide clerical and administrative support
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks


Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year working experience in sales support and administration
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proactive, detail-minded and commit to the job
