Property Officer
Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily property management service and building operation
- Monitor contractor performance
- Co-ordinate with various parties for building operation and project works
- Handle repair & maintenance works
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Follow up project works
- To attend handover / takeover inspection of new development
- To prepare of defects report after handover / takeover inspection
- Procurement and contract management
- Provide duties in other locations as required
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder in property management or related disciplines
- Holder of professional memberships in property management, real estate, building services, project management or related disciplines preferable
- Holder of PMP Tier 1 or Tier 2 would be an advanced
- At least 5 years relevant experience in property management, preferably in non-domestic properties
- Solid experience on handover / takeover of new development would be an advantage
- Possesses technical knowledge
- Good interpersonal and customer service skill
- Able to work independently and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Officer
