Property Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily property management service and building operation
  • Monitor contractor performance
  • Co-ordinate with various parties for building operation and project works
  • Handle repair & maintenance works
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Follow up project works
  • To attend handover / takeover inspection of new development
  • To prepare of defects report after handover / takeover inspection
  • Procurement and contract management
  • Provide duties in other locations as required
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

   

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or degree holder in property management or related disciplines
  • Holder of professional memberships in property management, real estate, building services, project management or related disciplines preferable
  • Holder of PMP Tier 1 or Tier 2 would be an advanced
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in property management, preferably in non-domestic properties
  • Solid experience on handover / takeover of new development would be an advantage
  • Possesses technical knowledge
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skill
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Officer
