Senior Human Resources Officer (SeV)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to HR services including recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration and performance management
  • Liaise with business unit heads and line managers on manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention and performance management
  • Support MPF reporting and tax reporting
  • Produce management reporting and other ad hoc reports
  • Assist in salary review and bonus process and annual tax return filing
  • Organize staff activities and other employee relations activities
  • Support the HR Manager to drive HR special projects and other initiatives

Requirements:

  • Holder of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years' relevant experience in talent acquisition and employee relations
  • Relevant experience in IT or telecommunications industry is an asset
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and HR-related legislations
  • Proactive, self-motivated and well-organized
  • Detail-oriented, flexible and able to work under tight schedule
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Familiar with PC software applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
