Cabling Technician

Responsibilities:

Structured cable installation, e.g., cables laying, cable tracing, cable splicing, cable labelling, daily patching, and troubleshooting
Cross-connect decommission
Cabling infrastructure tidy up and maintenance

Requirements:

Form 5 and above with relevant diploma or above qualifications in Engineering or Computing is a plus
Minimum 5 years solid experiences in fiber splicing and cabling management
Data centre cabling works experience is a MUST
Fault finding experience on data centre cabling infrastructure is a MUST
Able to work independently with self-initiative and good problem-solving skills
May need to provide support outside office hours and on weekends (occasionally)
Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Cabling Technician
